Minutes were approved as written. Board Report
Race is solvent for the season.
They have enough money leftover to start next season.
Pacific Rally group held their event which turned into an issue because
the land they had originally agreed to use was taken back due to snow coverage.
They were able to pull together some last minutes replacements and fun
was had by all.

WWSCC Report
Slush Series has been finalized - 1/28
(UW) at Everett, 2/4 (Torque Steerers) at BMP, 2/25 (ACE) at BMP.
Coneheads will be February 10th.
WW is moving the website from Eskimo.
People will need to resubscribe to the NWR list once we move to the new
server. Glen Austin is spearheading
this effort. WW Rules meeting is on Thursday night at the Factoria
Community Center at 7:00 p.m.
Equipment Report The Solo Bus is completely fixed.
Brian needs to pick it up on Friday, but needs to get a check from Lou
Ann first. The next step will be to
take it down and get a radio installed.
2007 Solo Chair We are
STILL looking for a replacement for Jerry next year. Someone needs to step up and take their turn helping this
region move forward. Mary Lee has
agreed to be our BoD Liason. We are
still looking for someone to direct these meetings, and he would also like to
try and find a Operations Manager.
NORPAC Convention It is
still being held in Reno the first weekend in January.
So far we have discussed the following ideas:
Data Acquisition Bud has
been working on this. He has been
in contact with three vendors with one committing to showing up.
It may be added with a couple of the subjects below based on the amount
of time that Andy Hollis will need for his discussions. Car Classification

Andy Hollis Trophies This has
already been added to the agenda. Regional Issue Round Table
Party Planning Gretchen
and Kristi will be responsible for this roundtable.
Because we are the host
region we are required to have a decent agenda. There are currently three people who are going to Reno
because they are running seminars.
Jerry wants to make a proposal that we cover the airfare, hotel and registration
fees for these three people. A
motion was made and seconded. After
a discussion a vote was made and passed.
We will be paying for all of the above for Kristi Brown, Gretchen
Everett, and Bud Bohrer.
Coneheads Banquet Will
be held February 10th.
The cost will be $30 to participate.
Trophies Kristi has
ordered the small helmets for 2nd place and below.
Jackets will be distributed for first place positions.
Packwood Assistance
We had a total of 19 people go down throughout the weekend.
A total of $1000 was donated to a local non-for profit and they were
extremely surprised and pleased by this gesture.

Rule Proposals
#1:
Combine STS with NS4. When we started the consolidated classing idea a
few years back, STS was a large enough class to stand on its own and id not need
to be grouped with the other Street Touring classes.
Now the numbers just dont support having the separate class.
Voted on and approved.
#2:
Administrative Clean Up Issues Rule 11 add the following line; Failure
to complete a work assignment may result in restriction from future events, at
the discretion of the Event chair and or Solo Chair.
Rule 16 revise line for consistency.
Change to state Street Touring cars run with the Stock Classes.
Rule 17 edit the last line to read Street Touring classes are not
eligible.
Voted on and approved.

Local Pro Series - We will
be running a local Pro Solo series in 2007.
The first event will be June 23rd, the second will be July 14th
and the third will be the actual National Pro Solo in August.
We will need to organize how this will all work and look at trophies.
Details will be worked out.
We already have two volunteers to cover the Saturday events, and also a National
Chair for August. All we need now
is a coordinator to organize the administrative side of things.
