THE DOO WOP SERIES: (T.D.W.S.) A divisional PRO rally series began in 1988 to provide the beginner and experienced rallyists pure stage format Rallies that encompass the refinements of a National Rally. TDWS is conducted on the same roads used for National and International Rallies.

TDWS consists of four events: two co-efficient 1 and two co-efficient 2 events, totaling 150 to 200 stage miles.

Come for TDWS and leave your car for the: Wild West National PRO Rally, a combination day and night National Rally held on challenging roads of Simpson Timber Co. Following the Wild West, it is a short wait and a quick hop down the coast to "Rim of the World" National PRO Rally, an inexpensive way to get the ultimate in Rallying! We will store your car and service rigs until "Rim"!

1998 DOO WOPS: FEBRUARY 14 & 15 and MARCH 14 & 15

EVENTS: TDWS is sanctioned and organized by the NW Region of the SCCA, and is organized by Rage Racing. These events qualify for the 98 NORPAC Div. Championship for drivers, co-drivers, and the 98 NW Region Rally Championship. Doo-Wops III & IV, combined, qualify as a 60% National event for the awarding of 1998 championship points. These events adhere to the SCCA National and Divisional PRO Rally Rules and Supplements thereto. TDWS consists of four (4) separate events.

ENTRY: Entry to the event requires: prepaid entry fee, valid state drivers license, valid SCCA membership, valid SCCA Divisional or National PRO Rally license for driver and co-driver, proof of vehicle liability insurance (service vehicles also) and valid vehicle registration. Entry fee for each weekend is $175.00 for Divisional entrants, and $185.00 for National entrants. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON DAY OF EVENT! The class you initially enter (on your entry form) will be the class in which you will compete for the entire series. Competitors will be awarded Divisional championship points in accordance with current Divisional competition rules. Supplemental instructions will be mailed the first week in Feb.

AWARDS: Divisional and Regional Awards will be presented for each individual rally, and Overall for the series winners. Series winners will be determined using the SCCA point system. Awards will be presented for the National portion (DOO WOP III & IV) in all National classes. GO FOR IT !!!
