Divisional PRO Rally License Application Instructions

1. Requirements

Applicants for a SCCA Divisional PRO Rally License must be 16 years of age, a full (regular or spouse) SCCA member, and have
a Motor Vehicle Operator's License issued by their state of residence which allows them to operate an automobile alone.

2. Procedure Submit the following to Central Licensing or your Divisional PRO Rally Steward:

A. Completed Divisional PRO Rally License application/renewal form;

B. $60 license fee, payable to SCCA, Inc. Checks or money orders made payable to SCCA, Inc. will be accepted. If paying with cash, you must get a written receipt.

C. Submit an "Annual Health Screening History" form. All candidates who answer any question affirmatively must submit a Physical Examination Form unless granted a waiver by the PRO Rally Medical Administrator.

If applicant is under 18 years of age, the following items must also be submitted to SCCA Central Licensing:
A. A copy of both sides of their State Operator's License;

B. Two passport size photographs;

C. A completed Parental Consent Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement;

D. A completed Minor's Assumption of Risk Acknowledgement.
3. Renewals

A Divisional PRO Rally License will coincide with the term of your membership. All licenses will expire on your membership expiration date. It will be renewed by Central Licensing upon receipt of a completed application/renewal form and license fee. Must
have competed in at least one event in the previous 24 months to renew.

4. Licensing Seminar

All new applicants must attend a licensing seminar at an event prior to being Issued a license.
